We sell a wide range of second-hand unclaimed pledges and items purchased directly from our customers. We have everything from stylish and unique jewelry to the latest Technology to Tools, Home and Garden.
All of our items for sale are thoroughly cleaned and tested to ensure you have an excellent buying experience from us.
LAYBY T&C's
Term
Layby is available on a 12-week term and must be paid in full.
Collection date
Laybys must be collected by the finalization date printed on the receipt.
Minimum Value
Layby is available for purchases of $20 or more.
Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit of the total of the layby is required on each layby.
Payments
Regular payments must be made.
Cancellation
Failure to make payments when they are due or collect laybys by the due date will be treated as a default of the layby. In these instances, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the monies paid.
Customers can decide to cancel their layby at any time before the due date, in these instances, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid less the 20% deposit.
Customers will need to return in-store with their original layby receipt or ID in order to cancel and refund their layby.
Non Modification
Individual items may not be added, removed, or separated from a layby.
Identification
Photo ID must be produced if you request a replacement layby document, cancel a layby, or when you finalize and collect a layby where no document can be produced.
WARRANTY
If the problem is MAJOR, we will refund, exchange, or offer a credit note.
If the problem is NOT MAJOR, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If it cannot be repaired or replaced in a reasonable time we will exchange it, offer a credit note or refund the item.
Warranty Period
The warranty period lasts for 3 months unless specified differently on the receipt

Software

Improper use

Any problems that Cashmart has disclosed about the item prior to it being sold,

Any problems that should have been noticed prior to the item being sold,

Any products outside their normal service/shelf life.

Warranty Claim
Return the item, any accompanying accessories, and proof of purchase to the store where it was purchased from for warranty testing. Warranty testing can take up to 24 hours from the return date.
